Distribution in Iran. Fars (Mian Jangal) ( Bajtenov & Fremuth 1981 as Apion ( Metatrichapion) zagrossicum ). General distribution. Endemic to Iran.
Comments. Legalov et al. (2010) incorrectly recorded this species from Sistan & Baluchestan misplacing the type locality of H. zagrossicum , whose single male type was unavailable for this study.
