Quinqueloculina View in CoL sp. cf. Q. parkeri ( Brady 1881) View in CoL ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 :5, 6)
Description. See Collins (1958, p. 362, pl. 2, figs 11, 12).
Remarks. This species is only tentatively assigned to Q. parkeri due to a lack of specimens and the fact that the aperture is damaged in all specimens precluding confident identification. Nevertheless, this species has the distinctive corrugated ornament and roughened test wall characteristic of the species. The original specimens illustrated by Collins (1958, pl. 2, figs 11, 12) from the CG appears to have a broader test than those collected in this study and the specimens from the Sahul Shelf and Timor Sea described by Loeblich & Tappan (1994, p. 47, pl. 74, figs 1–6).
Distribution within study area. This species was found at site 36 in One Tree Lagoon 1.
