Type depositories. Lectotype, male ( NMV) (https://collections.museumsvictoria.com.au/specimens/1011635); 4 paralectotypes: 1 male ( NMV), 3 males ( TAIC).Although Neboiss (1957) mentioned only four paralectotypes, there is an additional specimen labelled as such in the TAIC.
Type locality. Australia: King Island .
Distribution. Australia (King Island, Tasmania).
