Known from Ghana, Cameroon, and Gabon ( Beier 1965).

Material examined. CAMEROON: Buea ( 4°9'34''N, 9°14'12''E), coll. Rohde - 1 male ( lectotype, here designated), 1 female ( paralectotype) ( NHRS).
