Diagnosis (Female): Body length 3.1 mm ( Fig. 1A View FIGURE 1 ); antenna 1.5× as long as body, with 30 antennomeres; head transverse, temple roundly narrowed behind eye, somewhat shorter than longitudinal diameter of eye ( Fig. 1B View FIGURE 1 ); face slightly wider than high ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ); width of clypeus 2.0× its maximum height ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ); mandibles uniformly broadened basally; oral cavity well developed ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ); notauli entirely absent ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ); medio-posterior mesoscutal depression elongate ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ); scutellum entirely smooth ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ); mesosoma 1.25× longer than its maximum height ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ); mesopleuron smooth, mesepimeral sulcus on posterior margin of mesopleuron smooth ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ), precoxal sulcus crenulate ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ); pterostigma cuneate, m-cu vein postfurcal, 3RSa vein longer than 2RS vein ( Fig. 1F View FIGURE 1 ); length of hind femur 5.0× its maximum width ( Fig. 1G View FIGURE 1 ); propodeum somewhat rugose, without transverse ridge ( Fig. 1H View FIGURE 1 ); first metasomal tergite 1.5× its maximum width at apex ( Fig. 1I View FIGURE 1 ); second metasomal tergite entirely smooth ( Fig. 1J View FIGURE 1 ); first metasomal tergite black, remaining metasomal tergites dark brownish yellow ( Fig. 1J View FIGURE 1 ); ovipositor sheaths extended beyond apex of metasoma ( Fig. 1J View FIGURE 1 ).
Distribution in Iran: Guilan province (current study).
General distribution: Eastern and Western Palaearctic ( Yu et al. 2016) and Iran (new record).
