Diagnosis (Female): Body length 1.7 mm, black, and smooth ( Fig. 5A View FIGURE 5 ); antenna with 22 antennomeres; temples as long as length of eye in dorsal view ( Fig. 5B View FIGURE 5 ), roundly narrowed ( Fig. 5C View FIGURE 5 ); head half as long as its width in dorsal view ( Fig. 5C View FIGURE 5 ) notauli only in anteriorly distinct ( Fig. 5D View FIGURE 5 ); mesosoma 1.3× its maximum height ( Fig. 5E View FIGURE 5 ); precoxal sulcus weakly sculptured ( Fig. 5E View FIGURE 5 ); pterostigma cuneate ( Fig. 5F View FIGURE 5 ); length of hind femur 5.0× its maximum width; first metasomal tergite 1.3× as long as its width at apex ( Fig. 5G View FIGURE 5 ); metasoma black; legs yellow; ovipositor sheaths short and not extended beyond apex of metasoma.

Distribution in Iran: Qazvin province (current study).

General distribution: Afrotropical, Nearctic, Oceanic, Western Palaearctic ( Yu et al. 2016) and Iran (new record).
