Type material (3 ♂♂). Holotype: CHINA: GoogleMaps ♂: ‘ China   GoogleMaps : Yunnan, Gongshan Co. (贡山县), Dulongjiang To. (独龙 江乡), Xiongdang (雄当), 28°06′30.31′′N, 98°19′23.59′′E, 1925 m, 10.vii.2015, Chao Wu leg.’ (SNUC). Paratypes: CHINA: 2 ♂♂: same data as the holotype, (all in SNUC) GoogleMaps

Diagnosis of male. Length slightly below 3.0 mm; antennomeres IX–X enlarged; antennomere IX strongly expanded, with small process of mesal margin near apex; extremely long metaventral processes narrowing toward apex; all legs extremely elongate; protibia with round apical projection; mesotrochanter with tiny ventral spine; elongate aedeagus slightly asymmetric, with median lobe narrowed and pointed at apex.

Description. Male ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ). Length 2.88–2.94 mm. Head slightly longer than wide, HL 0.57–0.58 mm, HW 0.52–0.54 mm; eyes prominent, each composed of about 32 facets. Antenna with scape about 3.8 times as long as wide, antennomeres II–VIII each slightly to strongly elongate, antennomere IX ( Fig. 8A View FIGURE 8 ) strongly expanded laterally, with small process near apex of mesal margin; antennomeres X subquadrate. Pronotum ( Fig. 8B View FIGURE 8 ) slightly longer than wide, PL 0.54–0.57 mm, PW 0.50–0.52 mm, sides slightly roundly-angulate at apical two-fifths. Elytra much broader than long, EL 0.76–0.77 mm, EW 0.95–0.97 mm. All legs extremely elongate; metaventral processes ( Fig. 8C View FIGURE 8 ) extremely long, narrowing apically. Protrochanter and profemur ( Fig. 8D View FIGURE 8 ) simple, protibia ( Fig. 8E View FIGURE 8 ) with round apical projection; mesotrochanter ( Fig. 8F View FIGURE 8 ) with tiny ventral spine, mesofemur simple; metacoxa, metatrochanter, and metafemur ( Fig. 8G View FIGURE 8 ) simple. Abdomen broad at base and narrowed posteriorly, AL 1.01–1.02 mm, AW 0.98–1.01 mm; tergite IV longest, more than twice as long as tergite V; sternite IX as in Fig. 8H View FIGURE 8 . Length of aedeagus ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 I–K) 0.46 mm; median lobe asymmetric at apex, narrowing apically; elongate parameres moderately broadened dorso-ventrally, rounded at apex.

Female. Unknown.

Distribution. China: Yunnan.

Etymology. The new species is named after the type locality, Dulongjiang County.

Comparative notes. The new species appears to be similar to L. torticornis (Champion) from Assam, northeastern India in sharing a similar head form, the strongly sulcate median longitudinal impression of the pronotum, the relatively simple legs, and the elongate parameres of the aedeagus. They can be readily separated by the form of the antennomere IX, presence of a round apical projection of the protibia in the male, and broader apical portion of the median lobe of the aedeagus.
