Remarks: This diurnal snake inhabits semi-desert, dry and moist savanna, coastal thicket, and woodland up to 1,500 m ( Spawls et al. 2018). We recorded this large terrestrial snake only once ( Fig. 4W View Fig ) in bushland at Alia Bay in November 2016 at night.
