Distribution. Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, México (Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Quintana Roo).
Comments. Compared with the other species that have a complete posterior transverse carina and short notauli, subocular sulcus is straight, unlike in O. luteoclypeus and O. maculae . Most similar to O. saaksjarvii but differs in the normal-sized propodeal spiracle, scutellum less steeply sloping posteriorly, slightly broader temples, and details of the colour pattern.
