Diagnosis
Eyes pilose, males holoptic with long eye contiguity ( Fig. 16 View Fig C–D); face and frontal triangle black pilose; basoflagellomere brownish-black ( Fig. 11F View Fig ); scutum and scutellum shiny metallic, weakly pollinose ( Fig. 4B View Fig ); scutum with mix of white and black pile ( Fig. 7B View Fig ); legs black, tibiae with dense white pile dorsally ( Fig. 9E View Fig ); wing hyaline, basal cells bare of microtrichia; abdomen brownish-black ( Fig. 4B View Fig ); sternum IV rectangular, with rounded posterolateral corners and with median wide V-shaped incision posteriorly ( Fig. 12D View Fig ); male genitalia as in Figs 19A View Fig , 21A, 23A View Fig .
