FRENCH GUIANA: 2♀♀, Macouria , 04°54ʹ50ʹʹN 52°21ʹ24ʹʹW, beach, marsh & mangrove, 2m asl, sweeping low vegetation, 12.ix.2015, leg. M.J. Ebejer ( MJE) .
No important differences could be found between these two females from French Guiana and those of T. nigrifacies . Without associated males it remains possible that they represent a different species, particularly since several very closely related species to each other have been found on the island of Bonaire. French Guiana , located further east, has a climate and suite of habitats quite different from Bonaire.
