Hind wing 5.0 × longer than wide. First abscissa of costal vein (C+SC+R) 0.7 × as long as second abscissa (1- SC+R). First abscissa of mediocubital vein (M+CU) 0.5 × as long as second abscissa (1M). Recurrent vein (m-cu) short, faintly pigmented.
Legs. Hind femur 5.6 × longer than wide. Hind tarsus 0.9 × as long as hind tibia. Hind basitarsus 0.5 × as long as second-fifth segments combined. Second tarsal segment 0.45 × as long as basitarsus, 0.6 × as long as fifth segment (without pretarsus).
Metasoma 1.1 × longer than mesosoma. Petiole with distinct spiracular tubercles on median widening, weakly and twice curvedly widened from base to apex (dorsal view). Maximum width of petiole 1.6 × its width on level of spiracles, 2.0 × its minimum width; length 1.7 × its apical width, 1.25 × length of propodeum. Median length of second and third tergites combined 2.2 × basal width of second tergite, 1.2 × their maximum width. Sculpture and pubescence. Head mainly smooth, very weakly rugulose in ocellar triangle and around antennal sockets. Side of pronotum smooth in its wide area, rugose-striate anteriorly and below and coarsely crenulate along its median curved furrow. Mesonotum and mesopleuron mainly smooth. Metapleuron entirely coarsely rugoseareolate. Propodeum mostly reticulate-rugulose, smooth basally, its basolateral areas distinctly delineated by carinae, medium-sized, smooth but with rugosity along carinae; areola rather large, subpentagonal, 1.2 × longer than wide; basal carina very short. Hind coxa mainly sparsely punctate, finely transversely aciculate dorsally. Hind femur densely rugulose-reticulate, almost smooth apically. First tergite entirely densely longitudinally striate with reticulation between striae. Remaining tergites smooth. Vertex with long, very sparse and almost erect setae, glabrous medially.
