Croatia: Dubrovnik ( Attems 1929; Kovačević 1931; Mršić 1994; Verhoeff 1898), Lapad near Dubrovnik (type locality) ( Attems 1929; Mršić 1994; Verhoeff 1898, 1899), Ombla near Dubrovnik ( Attems 1929; Verhoeff 1898, 1899), Vratnik Hill, Pitve, Jelsa, Island of Hvar ( Ceuca 1990); Italy: Northern Italy ( Foddai et al. 1995), Veggiano, Padova ( Kime & Enghoff 2017; Vagalinski et al. 2015); Montenegro: near Herceg Novi ( Attems 1929; Strasser 1962; Makarov et al. 2004) ( Fig. 19 View FIGURE 19 , green circles).
Notes. Typhloiulus ganglbaueri is known only outside of caves, under stones.

Material studied: Holotype male (ZDR).
Distribution. Croatia ( Makarov et al. 2006). So far, this species is known only from the type series collected from Jama u Kukljici Pit, Kukljica, Island of Ugljan, close to Zadar ( Fig. 20 View FIGURE 20 , violet circle).
Notes. Typhloiulus gellianae is known only from a cave.
