Phlepsius isinus Dlabola, 1979: 254 , figs 83–86, syn. n. Supplementary description. General coloration light brown yellowish ( Figs 1, 2 ). Each hind femur with 5 (2 + 2 + 1) macrosetae subapically.

Male genitalia ( Figs 3–9 ). Anal tube (segment X) short and wide ( Fig. 3 ). Anal column (paraproct) long and narrow. Pygofer slightly elongate, with a group of macrosetae on each lobe dorso-apically ( Fig. 9 ). Genital valve nearly triangular ( Fig. 5 ). Subgenital plates with narrow apices, each with tiny hair-shaped setae dorsally and with 6–8 marginal macrosetae ventrally ( Figs 4, 5 ). Bases of macrosetae of subgenital plates each with two denticles. Connective Y-shaped, large. Styles with truncate apices, each with small subapical tooth on its ventral side and with a group of hair-shaped setae below its apical part ( Figs 4, 8 ). Aedeagus curved (in lateral view), with wide shaft, concave subapically ( Figs 6, 7 ).

Total length (from the apex of vertex to the apices for fore wings). Male— 7.7 mm.
