REMARKS. Tarsal formula of male 5-5-5, hind wing fully developed, with simple decumbent pubescence, eyes finely faceted. Length of body 1.6–1.8 mm. The male genitalia are depicted in Bruce’s description of the species, howev- er, the detail of the image is insufficient. Aedeagus and paramere of H. rotundatus depictured in Fig. 6 View Fig .

DISTRIBUTION. C.Africa: Burundi (Gitebe), DR Congo, Uganda, Rwanda. New for Rwanda.
