Diagnosis: The shell is relatively large, in plan it resembles a figure eight, in profile the test is hemispherical, the anterior part is sharply separated from the rest of the test and is located at an angle of 30% relative to the longitudinal axis of the shell; the mouth is oval; shell length 85µm, shell width 70µm and aperture width 45µm.
Distribution: India: Present record. Elsewhere: Cosmopolitan.
