Material examined: Mi-820, 2exs., Wall moss, 18.xi.2016; Neyyar WLS.
Diagnosis: The test is large, pear-shaped in dorsal view and flattened in profile, neck sharply separated from the fundus with a covering of overlapping idiosomes; test length is 231 to 241 µm, and width is 121 to 140µm.
Distribution: India: Present record. Elsewhere: Cosmopolitan.
