Distribution. It is distributed in the AFR_ORR_SAR realms occurring in Sahara and Sahel of Africa (EG, ER, ET, LY, MR, NE, NG, SD, SN, TD) and in southern and southeastern Asia (AE ( Gillett 2009), IN, IR, LB, PK, SA, SY, YE).

Life forms and Remarks. ZGDG(L) species. This taxon was reported from Asir Province at an altitudinal range of 2000–2050 ( Basilewsky 1979; Balkenohl 1994) and from Makkah of western KSA ( Britton 1948) from 1485 m. The adults were collected from an Opuntia ficus-indica community at lowest altitude of GRNR (1614 m).
