Material examined. GRNR: 1614 m: 26.VIII.2014 , LT, 1 ♀. 1851 m: 26.VIII.2014 , LT, 2 ♂ & 1 ♀ .

Distribution. Species with ORR_PAL_SAR_SJP distributional range. This species is distributed in extreme northeastern Africa (EG) and extending eastward across southwestern and southern Asia (AE, AF, IL, IN, IQ, IR, JO, NP, OM, PK, SA, SY, TR, YE) to southeast and east Asia (CN, KH, KP, KR, JP, MM, PH, TW, VN) and northward from extreme southern and eastern Europe (BG, CY, GR, RU) and into the southern Caucasus (AM, AZ, GE) and central Asia (KG, KZ, TM, UZ).

Life forms and Remarks. ZS(C)SL species. Marggi et al. (2017) mentioned Arabia among the distribution range of this species without specifying any given country. However, Britton (1948) recorded this species from Jeddah (Makkah Province). The above specimens are new for Asir Province, where the adults were collected from the Opuntia ficus-indica community at altitudes of 1614 and 1851 m.
