Material examined. MGD: 2616 m: 24.II.2014, HP, 1 ♂.
Distribution. This species is a PAL_SAR element, widely distributed throughout Europe (AL, AM, AT, AZ, BA, BE, BG, BY, CH, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, GE, GR, HR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LV, LU, ME, MK, MD, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK, TR, UA, UZ), extending eastward to western Siberia (RU) and Central Asia (KG, KZ, TJ, TM), and southward to North Africa (DZ, TN), and southwestern Asia (CY, IQ, IR, LB, SA ( Abdel-Dayem et al. 2017), SY).
Life forms and Remarks. ZS(C)LC species. It was reported to occur under stones at the edges of temporary freshwater pools in Rawdhat Khorim National Park at an altitude of 560 m ( Abdel-Dayem et al. 2017). A new record for Asir Province, where the single male was found under a stone at the edge of a freshwater stream at an altitude of 2616 m .
