Material examined. GRNR: 2734 m: 04.XI.2013, HP, 1 ♀ .

Distribution. PAL_SAR species that is widely distributed in Mediterranean Basin (DZ, EG, ES, FR, IL, IT, LY, MA, MT, SY TN) extending eastward to Arabian Peninsula (AE, OM, IQ, JO, SA).

Life forms and Remarks. MGHT species. This is the first record from Asir Province of this species. Previously known only from Baha Province ( El-Hawagry et al. 2013). The species was collected under stones in the African pencil cedar at an altitude of 2734 m .
