Host/habitat: Dead leaves.
Distribution: Viti Levu: Corolevu ( Hammer 1971).
Remarks: This species was first recorded as Haplozetes? quadripilus (Berlese) by Hammer in 1971, who later confirmed it to be Haplozetes quadripilus (Berlese) (Hammer 1973) .
