India, Nagaland, <a href="https://tb.plazi.org/GgServer/search?materialsCitation.longitude=94.12614&amp;materialsCitation.latitude=25.72607" title="Search Plazi for locations around (long 94.12614/lat 25.72607)">Kohima</a>, N25.726071, E94.126136, 1male, 07.v.2022 (Coll. by Neikielie-ü Noemi Sote) .</p><p>Diagnosis. Head conical. Antennae are longer than the head and pronotum together. Prosternal process with trilobate apex. The disk of the pronotum is crossed by three transverse sulci. Male cerci with a small preapical tooth on dorso-interior edge.</p><p>Measurements (mm). Male. Length of body: 21; antenna: broken; length of pronotum: 3.8; length of tegmen: 12; hind femur 11.</p><p>Distribution. India: Nagaland. Elsewhere: Myanmar.</p><p>The holotype of Oxytauchira aurora Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1893 was redescribed in detail including both external morphology and genitalia by Ingrisch (1989). Therefore, redescription is not necessary for this species. The identity of this species was confirmed not only by external morphological characteristics like the comparative length of tegmen, the shape of the prosternal process and male cercus but also by the shape of the epiphallus (Figure 1G; Ingrisch, 1989: Fig. 17).
