03AF87E2FFB9FFF9C3EE121E6C1C54A6.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis: The new species is similar to B. scabratum and B. levinei. However, it can be distinguished from B. scabratum by its lateral sepals (free vs. convergent, 10.0 – 12.0 × 1.7 – 2.0 mm vs. 15.0 – 20.0 × 2.0 – 4.0 mm), the ratio of mean lateral / dorsal sepal length (ca. 2.0 vs. ca. 3.0), flowers color (purplish-red vs. pale yellow-ochre). Moreover, it differs from B. levinei by its longer leaf (5.0 – 9.0 cm vs. 3.0 – 4.0 cm), scape (7.0 – 12.0 cm vs. 3.0 – 5.0 cm) and lateral sepal (10.0 – 12.0 mm vs. 5.0 – 5.5 mm).	en	Zeng, Meng-Yao, Wu, Yu-Wei, Wei, Chun-Yi, Wu, Yu-Han, Li, Ming-He (2023): Bulbophyllum xiajinchangense (Orchidaceae; Malaxideae), a new species from China: evidence from morphological and DNA analysis.
