Remarks:

Although this taxon was recognized by subsequent workers (e.g., De Lang and Vogel 2006, O’Shea 2007), it was overlooked by Henderson and Powell (2007) (Henderson 2009, pers. comm.). However, the latter authors cited the relevant work in the list of references.
