Previous records from Egypt. Alexandria governorate (El-Halawany & Abdel-Samad, 1990).

Remarks. No additional specimens of this species were found in this study. It was originally described from the holotype female and a paratype female collected in Sidi Krier, Alexandria governorate, Egypt. The original description was reasonably detailed, with illustrations and setal measurements.
