Previous records from Egypt. Cairo governorate (El-Badry, 1970).

Remarks. No additional specimens of this species were found in this study. It was originally described from the holotype female and a paratype female collected in North Sudan (mentioned as Khartoun, Sudan in the original description). The original description was rather detailed, with illustrations and setal measurements.
