Asaccus kermanshahensis Rastegar-Pouyani, 1996

HOLOTYPE. TUZM 164 R (field number).

TYPE LOCALITY. 40 km NE Kermanshah, Mianrahan region, Kermanshah Prov., Iran .

DISTRIBUTION. Endemic to Iran.

DISTRIBUTION IN IRAN. Fig. 122. Known from the type locality and one additional locality reported herein .

HABITAT. The types were collected inside a small cave in a very deep fault-valley in the Zagros. The CUP material was collected near Bisotun [Bistoon] on the Zagros foothills covered with scattered boulders at the altitude of 1400 m. REFERENCES. Rastegar-Pouyani (1996, 2006); Anderson (1999).
