Eupithecia lariciata (Freyer, 1842)

Eupithecia laboriosa Vojnits, 1977, Acta zoologica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae 23 (3–4): 479, fig. 15. Holotype ♀ (TTM, examined, the genital slide is belong to specimen of Pasiphila sp. because mix up), Mongolia: Central Aimak, SE of Somon Bajanzogt, 1600 m (synonymised in Mironov, 2003).

Eupithecia infecta Vojnits, 1981, Acta zoologica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae 27 (3–4): 417, figs 27–29. Holotype ♂ (ZFMK, examined), [China]: South Shensi, Tapaishan in Tsinling, 3000 m (synonymised in Mironov & Galsworthy, 2013).

A widespread and, especially in Siberia, very common Holarctic species. It is distributed in Eurasia from Ireland and the Pyrenees in the west to Japan and Kamtchatka Peninsula in the east, and widely distributed across north America. In Mongolia it is distributed in mountain areas where larch ( Larix sp.) grows. Mongolia (aimags): Govi- Altai, Khovd, Khuvsgul, Tuv.
