Distribution and published records. The species has been reported for Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen (Švihla, 1990) and for the Afrotropical region, occurring in Somalia and Djibuti (Švihla, 1995). New species for the fauna of Oman.

Notes. Individuals of this species are attracted to light.
