Triplophysa stenura (Herzenstein, 1888)

Remarks. This species was identified from Dy Tdchum, Tibet, and listed by Coad (1981: 15) as Noemacheilus (Triplophysa) stenurus, a record of which has not been confirmed in the country. Afghanistan is not included in the natural distribution range of the species. This species was probably misidentified. The presence of the species needs clarification.
