DISTRIBUTION: Montane rainforest of E Peruvian Andes.
COMMENTS: A subspecies of O. albigularis sensu Cabrera (1961) . Genetically divergent from O. albigularis and O. levipes; contiguously allopatric to the latter (see Patton et al., 1990).
