TYPE LOCALITY: Peru, Puno Dept., valley of Rio Inambari, Inca Mines, 6000 ft .
DISTRIBUTION: SE Peru.
COMMENTS: Retained as a species until judged the same as R. 1. leucodactylus by Cabrera (1961). Allen (1901 b), however, specifically contrasted his new species with Peruvian R. leucodactylus . Geographic range and specific allies uncertain.
