NOTES: (a) Iphidozercon was proposed provisionally by Berlese (1903: 246), to contain the new species he then described as Eviphis (?) gibbus; (b) Evans (1958a: 212), Athias-Henriot (1959: 161), Chant (1963: 254), Bregetova (1977a: 207) and Farrier & Hennessey (1993: 34) considered Arctoseiopsis to be a junior synonym of Iphidozercon . However, the interpretation of Lindquist & Evans (1965: 33) and Gwiazdowicz & Halliday (2008: 48) is adopted in this publication, considering it to be a junior synonym of Arctoseius .
