Novemcella ecuatoriana Goding 1925: 30 . (Tarqui, Province of Azuay, Ecuador)

REMARKS.—This is a small (body length 14 mm) primarily piceous species with nine apical cells in the fore wings (Goding 1925).

DISTRIBUTION.—The species has been reported only from Ecuador (Metcalf 1963c). Goding (1925) reported the species from Tarqui, Azuay province.
