Material. AZERBAIJAN: Zagatala District: 1♂ (ZMMU), Rotshugel, [41°46'N, 46°36'E], 22.06.2003 (N. Snegovaya, H. Aliev) .
Comments. This species has been treated in two taxonomic publications. It is found in oak-beech hornbeam forests at elevations ranging from 700 to 2400 m. Additionally, it can be found in subalpine habitats and is known to inhabit leaf litter and reside under stones (Dunin 1992b).
Distribution. Transcaucasia. Known from the adjacent parts of northern Azerbaijan and eastern Georgia. These localities are located on the southern macroslope of the Caucasus Major (Otto 2022).
