Epiphragma (Epiphragma) juquicola Alexander, 1945

Alexander, 1945a: 266–268 (original description). Type locality: Brazil, São Paulo, Juquiá. Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white paper: “ Brazil | São Paulo | Juquiá | 400m. | Nov. 1940 [November, 1940] | Travassos”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red paper: “ HOLOTYPE ♂ | Epiphragma | juquicola | C. P. Alexander”.

Preservation: mounted at the tip of a pinned paper triangle; terminalia undissected. Missing parts: right flagellum and front legs.
