Brachypremna brevigenua Alexander, 1945

Alexander, 1945b: 2–3 (original description). Type locality: Brazil, São Paulo, Ribeirão Pires. Holotype male with labels: (1) printed on white paper: “ Brazil, São Paulo, Ribeirão | Pires, Barreira das Camélias, | XII – 1941. D’Amico col”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red paper: “ HOLOTYPE | Brachypremna | brevigenua | C. P. Alexander”.

Preservation: mounted at the tip of pinned paper triangle; terminalia mounted on a plastic slide pinned with the specimen. Missing parts: right antenna and wings.
