Allotype female with labels: (1) handwritten on white paper: “ Brazil | S. Paulo | Ipiranga | 800m | V - 22. 41 [May 22, 1941] | D’Amico | on banana”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red paper: “ALLOTYPE Ψ| Holorusia | helios | C. P. Alexander”.
Preservation: pinned. Missing parts: flagella, palpi, right front leg, left legs and apical half of abdomen.
Paratype female with labels: (1) handwritten on white paper: “ Brazil | S. Paulo | Ribeira Pires [Ribeirão Pires] | Barreira | das Camélias | XI - 1941 [November, 1941] | D’Amico”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on blue paper: “ PARATYPE Ψ | Holorusia | helios | C. P. Alexander”.
