Paratype female with labels: (1) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white paper: “ Peru | Ayacucho | Yanamonte. La | Mar, IX – 10, 41 [September 10, 1941] | 3000 – 4100met. | F. Woytkowski”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on blue paper: “ PARATYPE Ψ | Tipula | callisto | C. P. Alexander”.

Preservation: pinned. Missing parts: left front leg, right middle leg and hind legs.
