Leptotarsus (Tanypremna) salome (Alexander, 1945)

Alexander, 1945b: 6–8 (original description); 41, figure 1 (male terminalia); (as Tanypremna). Type locality: Brazil, São Paulo, Guarujá.

Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white paper: “ Brazil | S. Paulo | Guaruja | 50met. | Jan. 28. 42 [January 28, 1942] | Carrera | (on foliage)”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red paper: “ HOLOTYPE ♂ | Tanypremna | salome | C. P. Alexander”.

Preservation: pinned; terminalia mounted on a plastic slide pinned with the specimen. Missing parts: right antenna and left wing.
