Baja California: Athene cunicularia hypugaea, San Benito Island, 1897, R.C. McGregor (Kellogg & Mann 1912). Note: Specimens of C. pectinatum were identified by Kellogg & Mann (1912) as “ Colpocephalum flavescens Nitzsch ”.
