Types. Holotype, female, 6.0 mm, 1998-CA-Oll. 2, collected from Dadonghai, Sanya, Hainan province, depth 3–6 m, coral reef, together with seaweed, 17 April 1997, coll. Ren Xianqiu. Paratype, female, 5.6 mm, 1999-CA- 0 0 8. 12, locality same as holotype, 24 February 1997.
Diagnosis. Antenna 1 accessory flagellum 5-articulate. Labrum and epistome separate from posterior lobe by a deep slit. Mandible accessory setal row left and right rows each with 4 long, slender, multiserrate robust setae; mandibular palp article 2 elongate, slender, length 7 × width; article 3 slender, blade-like. Maxilla 1 palp large, with?5 short terminal conate setae and 1 long subterminal setae. Gnathopod 1 propodus, posterior margin without long robust setae. Gnathopod 2 carpus length 2 × width; propodus long, length 2.5 × width, palm subacute, excavate, 0.33 × propodus posterior margin. Telson cleft (10%).
