Arpactophilus concavus Bohart, 1999: 98 [♀: holotype MNHN].
Diagnosis. Arpactophilus concavus is the only New Caledonian species in the genus with a genal carina (one single longitudinal carina laterally) (Fig. 15). Other distinctive features are the combination of a medially projecting apical margin of the clypeus, with a broad concave medially incision, forming two broad teeth and a longitudinally carinate frons.
