Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.5–2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna of ho- lotype brown; antenna of specimen from Madagascar, 12°30.52’S 49°10.53’E, completely testaceous-darkened; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; pro- and mesolegs testaceous; metalegs of holotype testaceous, except stalks of femora, tibiae and tarsi darkened; metalegs of specimen from Madagascar, 12°30.52’S 49°10.53’E, completely testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 13:7:12:11:11:11:10:10:10:13. Head dull, reticulate rugose, with anterior half or third of frons sculptured by numerous longitudinal and about parallel keels; clypeus sculptured by numerous longitudinal and parallel keels; in specimen from Madagascar, 12°30.52’S 49°10.53’E, clypeus completely smooth and without parallel keels; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 5; TL = 4. Mesoscutum of holotype shiny, smooth, slightly granulate and punctate, with some little distinct irregular keels; mesoscutum of specimen from Madagascar, 12°30.52’S 49°10.53’E, punctate and unsculptured among punctures; mesoscutum of specimen from Madagascar, 12°30.52’S 49°10.53’E, strongly granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, dull; propodeal declivity dull, with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:12). Paramere with (Fig. 75F) or without (Fig. 77A) small distal inner rounded process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
