Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 1.6–2.6 mm. Completely testaceous, except petiole black. Antenna cla- vate; antennomeres in following proportions: 7:4:5:3.5:3.5:3.5:4:4:4:6. Head shiny, smooth, finely setose, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 3; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 3.5; TL = 6. Pronotum shiny, smooth, finely setose, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; posterior surface approximately as long as mesoscutum (9:9); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely setose, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.7–0.8 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:7). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 4.5:1.5:2:6:11.5. Enlarged claw (Fig. 78C) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 78C) with two rows of 2–3 + 13–17 lamellae (3 + 13 lamellae in holotype); apex with small group of four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: ♀ holotype: BURKINA FASO: Centre-Ouest Region, Boulkiemdé Prov., Kou- dougou Dept., Saria, S. Traoré leg. (MNHN). Paratypes: same locality label as holotype, 6♀♀ (AMNH). Other material: MOZAMBIQUE: Maputo Prov., 5 km E Manhiça, 1♀ (AMNH). SOUTH AFRICA: KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg, Hilton, garden, 27.I–16.II.2004, MT, M. Mostovski leg. , 1♀ (NMSA); KwaZulu-Natal, Umtam- vuna Nature Reserve, 1♀ (SAMC) .

Hosts. Cicadellidae (Guglielmino et al. 2013): in Burkina Faso: Cicadulina mbila (Naudé); Cicadulina similis China.

Distribution. Burkina Faso, Mozambique, South Africa.
