Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 1.4–1.7 mm. Head black (occasionally brown), except mandible testa- ceous; antenna testaceous; occasionally testaceous-darkened, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma black (occasionally brown); metasoma brown; legs testaceous; occasionally stalk of metafemur darkened. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:3.5:4.5:4:4:4.5:4.5:4:4.5:6. Head dull, completely strongly granulate, or with frons granulate and very slightly rugose; frontal line absent; frons without lateral keels; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 2; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OL (2:3). Mesoscutum dull, completely strongly granulate, with region strictly close to anterior margin slightly rugose. Notauli shortly present near anterior margin of mesoscutum; in specimen from South Africa, 28°52.08’S 31°22.41’E, notauli reaching about 0.25 × length of mesoscutum. In specimen from Madagascar, 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E, notauli reaching about 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, dull; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels; areolae of propodeal declivity less wide than those of dorsal region. In specimen from Madagascar, 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E, MA-02-09C-62, propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels. In specimen from Madagascar, 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E, propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels and median region showing central unsculptured area. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2.5:6.5). Paramere (Figs 56 B-D) without distal inner pointed process, with more or less large proximal or subdistal inner lobe having mosaic pattern and not covered with papillae (extension of lobe variable). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Remarks. Deinodryinus sabaeus Olmi & van Harten 2006, is similar to Anteon kwazuluense, but the inner lobe of the paramere does not have a mosaic pattern (Fig. 88E) as in A. kwazuluense .
