Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 1.8–2.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma and legs brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:4.5:3.5:3:3:4:4:4:4:4.5. Head convex, dull, almost completely bare, granulate and with very slight tracks of irregular striae; frontal line absent; no lateral keels on frons; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3.5; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 2. Pronotum anteriorly crossed by slight transverse impression, dull, granulate, with few long setae on posterior surface; posterior surface rugose, much shorter than mesoscutum (2:11); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum of holotype dull, completely granulate, with few long setae; mesoscutum of paratype shiny, unsculptured, except for very slight irregular striae near anterior margin and on lateral regions. Notauli very shortly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:5). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 6:1.5:1.5:1.5:5. Enlarged claw (Fig. 67D) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 67D) with one row of four bristles; apex with one lamella. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
