Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 6–9 brown; propleuron black; pronotum black, except lateral regions and posterior collar reddish; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma missing in unique known specimen; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:21:10:9:8:6:6:4.5:8. Head shiny, granulate; occipital carina complete; OL = POL; temple prominent. Prono- tum (Fig. 140G) shiny, granulate, crossed by strong posterior transverse impression and slight anterior transverse impression; disc humped; posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with short keels near posterior margin. Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum short, with numerous longitudinal keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc re- ticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with three brown trans- verse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsomere 1 approximately twice as long as 4; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 141A) with one small subdistal tooth and one row of three lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 141A) much longer than enlarged claw, with inner margin straight, without distal prominence, with two rows of 22 lamellae extending continuously to apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
