Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.0– 4.4 mm. Head and mesosoma testaceous-reddish; antenna testa- ceous, except antennomeres 6–10 darkened; petiole testaceous; metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metafemur and metatibia dark. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 16:7:11:8:6:6:6:5:5:8. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 10; OPL = 10; TL = 10. Pronotum setose, crossed by strong transverse impression, dull, sculptured by short longitudinal keels; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. No- tauli incomplete, shortly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels, median area rugose and lateral areas reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, with one slight dark transverse band; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein approximately as long as proximal part (11:12). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 19:3:4:12:17. Enlarged claw (Fig. 101B) with one row of eight teeth and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 101B) without preapical lamella, with one row of eight bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/1.

♂. Fully winged; body length 2.0– 2.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous-dark; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs black, except articulations, tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 16:5.5:6:7:6:6:6:5.5:5:8. Head convex, dull, reticulate rugose, except unsculptured or granulate areas around toruli; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 3.5; TL = 5.5. In specimen from Kenya, 0.82103°S 38.54443°E, POL = 6; OL = 3. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.2–0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two tracks of longitudinal keels and median area shiny, less rugose than lateral areas. In two specimens from South Africa, 27°34’S 31°17.9’E and 30°17.4’S 30°36.9’E, propodeal declivity with two distinct longitudinal keels and dull and reticulate rugose median area. In specimen from Madagascar, 23°41.19’S 44°35.46’E, propodeal declivity with two distinct longitudinal keels and median area almost completely shiny and unsculptured. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs& Rs vein shorter (7: 9 in holotype) or slightly longer than proximal part (12: 11 in specimen from Madagascar, 18°28.24’S 47°57.36’E). Genitalia in Fig. 102C. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
